Monarca Media Terms of Service
At Monarca Media, we’re committed to delivering top-quality service with transparency and professionalism. Please review the following Terms of Service, which outline important information regarding scheduling, payment, usage rights, and other essential guidelines. If you have any questions, we’re here to assist you.
Payment Terms
To secure your preferred shoot time, full payment is required at the time of booking. If payment is not received, we cannot confirm your time slot or add you to our schedule.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
Unprepared or Inaccessible Properties
To ensure a smooth and efficient shoot, please make sure the property is fully prepared and accessible. If we arrive and find the property unprepared (e.g., clutter, poor lighting, or blocked access), or if the property is inaccessible, a $150 reshoot fee will apply for any return visits. Unfortunately, the initial invoice is non-refundable as the time was reserved for your shoot.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds for canceled shoots if your request is made within 30 days of the invoice issue date. After this period, refunds will not be processed. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Flexible Arrival Window
Your scheduled time comes with a flexible arrival window of 30 minutes. While we aim to arrive at the exact time, external factors (like traffic or weather) may cause a slight delay. We will always keep you updated if there’s a significant change in our arrival time.
Licensing & Usage Rights
Monarca Media retains full ownership of all photos and videos we produce. We grant a usage license for the specific individual or entity named on the invoice. These images and videos cannot be transferred or used for other purposes without our permission.
Special Licensing for Rental Properties
For rental properties or short-term rentals, the license applies exclusively to the specific property or unit mentioned in the invoice. These images may not be used to promote other properties or units without our approval.
Highlighting Unique Features
We want to capture every unique aspect of your property. If there are any special features you want to highlight, please let us know in advance. This will ensure they are included in the shoot. Unfortunately, if we aren’t informed beforehand, some features may be missed.
Weather Considerations
We do our best to accommodate weather conditions for outdoor photos. However, in case of rain, snow, or other adverse weather, we cannot guarantee the quality or quantity of exterior shots. If you'd prefer, we can reschedule your shoot to ensure the best conditions.
Safety Precautions
Your safety and our equipment are our top priority. Please ensure all walkways are clear, and any snow or ice has been removed. If there are obstructions or unsafe conditions, we won’t risk our equipment or safety to capture images in those areas.
Complimentary Drone Photography
We offer complimentary drone photography for most residential shoots. However, if your property is located near an airport, in a no-fly zone, or within restricted airspace, we may not be able to offer this service. We will notify you if this applies to your shoot.
Next-Day Delivery Exclusions
We provide next-day delivery of your photos/videos, except on Sundays and holidays. For Saturday shoots, your images/videos will be delivered on Monday. For shoots that occur the day before a holiday, delivery will be on the next business day.
After-Hours Shoots
If you need to schedule a shoot outside of our standard business hours (available on our booking portal), we’re happy to accommodate. Please note, an additional fee will apply for after-hours shoots.
